Clean Planet Energy provides a solution that can remove thousands of tonnes of plastic and millions of KGs of carbon emissions from the environment, every year. It is also a highly profitable opportunity.
The Instant Project Planner provides an online solution to build-out your Clean Planet ecoPlant project, and understand the documents & resources required to begin a JV with us.

What happens next...
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get a full picture of the resources required to bring an ecoPlant to your territory. It is possible to navigate to the end of Step 6 without needing to stop for further communication from us. However once you've completed Step 2 we're always happy to have an exploratory meeting.

INSTANT PROJECT BUILDER
We build the project together online based on what type of partner you want to be (e.g. funding partner, access to feedstock etc). At this stage you will receive a top-level understanding of what a future partnership could look like together, along with a Clean Planet Opportunity Document to take to your investment team/ board of directors/ project team.

Meet Us, or Continue Yourself
At this stage we're happy to arrange a meeting together (normally within 7 business days) to discuss the information contained in the Clean Planet Opportunity Document; however if you're interested into exploring the full opportunity (and don't wish to wait for a meeting), for a nominal fee of £250 you can expedite through to Step 04. This nominal fee helps us deter parties who only wish to download key project information.

NDA & Verification
From Step 05 onwards we will share with you certain information that can only be accessed under NDA. If we have met with you and together we have determined there's a potential future opportunity we will send you our NDA.
If you have expedited, the NDA will be singable online, and the verification process is powered by a 3rd party provider.

Term Sheet & Data Room
We send you the non-binding term sheet and provide you with access to our ecoPlant data room. This outlines the structure of the JV, and provides further insight into the business. The Term Sheet also sets out the manner of work together, for example seeing both parties enter into Phase 1 Scope first, before moving through to an ecoPlant construction phase.

Return Signed Term Sheet
You sign and return the Term Sheet on company letter head and stamp.

Project Meeting and Further DD
At this stage both parties have a full understanding as to how the other party are able to work with each other moving forward.
Stage 7 allows you to ask and undertake any further DD questions, and meet the team you'll be working with. The project budget is also refined at this stage based on specific location requirements.

Full Legal Documents
We present you with our legal documents for review with your legal team. This outlines all key contracts, payment schedules and the creation of the Joint Venture. On signing we begin the project!

Scope 1 Begins
Scope 1 undertakes the initial phase of the project, you'll have full details of this in advance in your data room. Here the new project team complete the FEED/Blueprint design for your ecoPlant, and where required: identify a site, seek to obtain planning permission, feedstock (plastic) & offtake (oil) contracts, assign technology licenses, design the Outershell, Pre-Feed system and seek to obtain fuel regulations. This process, depending on the territory can be from 4 - 12 months, where planning permission from the local authority is the largest variable.

Construction Begins
On succsesful completion of Scope 1, the construction of the ecoPLant begins which can take c.15 months before operation is completed!
